Three Year Limited Warranty Program

Panoptics LED lighting products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.* This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not cover acts of nature such as lightning damage, nor does it cover damages caused through mishandling, alteration, abuse, improper installation, surges in electric current, or acts of third parties. Warranty is void if product is not used for the purpose for which this product is manufactured or for failure to follow instructions provided by the seller in writing. This warranty does not cover costs of removing and re-installing the product or fixture. If the Lighting Product fails for any reason covered by this warranty, simply return it with a copy of the original sales invoice, freight prepaid, and Panoptics LED lighting Products shall, at its option, repair the product or, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

* The selected power source must be approved by or purchased from Panoptics LED lightings products for products to be eligible for this warranty program
