Returns & Exchanges

 

At the discretion of Panoptics, product(s) shipped may be allowed to be returned, under the following conditions.  In all cases, returned product is subject to inspection by Panoptics and credit, if any, shall be issued for product returned in “like new” condition.  If Panoptics agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by customer.  COD shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Standard Product Returns

  • Product may be returned only with prior permission of Panoptics.  Returns can be authorized by phone or in writing and shall include a Panoptics RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number stating the reason for the return, the original purchase order number and the quantity returned. 
  • All returns received without an RMA number shall be rejected at the sender’s expense.
  • To receive credit on a RMA, product must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date.  The return must include the RMA number issued by Panoptics clearly indicated on any or all packages.
  • Non-defective returns, where product exchanges or replacement are not specified, are subject to a 10% restocking fee on the item purchase price.
  • Product returned after 60 days from original invoice date shall not receive a credit.

 

Non-Standard Product Returns

  • Non-Standard product (designated at the time of purchase) may not be returned for credit.
  • At the sole option of Panoptics, the return of non-standard product may be allowed on the basis that a 50% credit will be issued.
  • No credit will be issued after 6 months.

 

It is Panoptics’s option to review any special circumstances pertaining to RMA requests.  The result may result in approvals that fall outside of our stated Return policy.
